How to Add Tracks, Mods, and Cars To NR2003

dude I have nr2003 full but when I put more than 1 cup mod the one is named cup is perfectly but the other one is all glitchy how do I repair that

@JuandavidXxXxX99 First, you could try making sure the folders are named right, then you could make sure the mod isnt in another folder (like too many subfolders). If that doesn't work, I guess you need to reinstall the mods or simply redownload them.

@bmasterworx The demo has a differnt way of switching mods. The demo is very limited, but you can modify the tracks a little and you can change mods and cars. I've made some seperate turorials for the demo.

@joerut00000 make sure all mods and cars are not in archives like zip or rar files. If that doesnt work, make a vid of you file in nr2003 and i might be able to see what's wrong.

@joerut00000 Double-check and make sure that the series folder has the mod folder that has a cars folder that has car files in it that are for the right mod.

ok i found it and i put the cars in but when i went into the game and they werent there it didnt show the arrows to go over to the new mod and i went into player info and went through all the cars but they werent there is there anything i did wrong i did everything you said i downloaded the mod i had 7 zip and extracted the mod to the papyrus nr2003 series folder anything else that i can do other than sob in a corner?

@joerut00000 Those folders come with the mod. Each mod has folders for car files.

@joerut00000 The cars might be in a rar format and they need to be extracted. If you have the mod in a folder, you don't need 7-zip.

@joerut00000 It sounds like you're opening the files. all you have to do is put them in the folder and start the game. If windows doesn't recognize the file type, it asks you to pick a program.

@joerut00000 It doesn't need to. Just put the car files in the cars folder of the mod, and they will be in the game.

Hey I installed the New Zealand Teretonga Park track, because its my home track in real life. and then the TRAC series + MOD cars, like the corvette Cobra and viper. When i use the normal Nascar series teretonga loads but when i use the TRAC series it crashes. Any ideas? the TRAC series runs normal on every other track i have no other mod tracks

@MRVIDEOGUY1010 Sone traks crash when there are more then one cars on the track. Try a testing session and then gradually add ai cars.

When I go to the main menu for Nascar Racing 2003 Season I can't switch between different Mod's. Only one works at a time. What could the problem be here?

@87jones06 guess you could double check to see if the mod folders are in the root of the series folder. Otherwise, reinstall the patch.

Ok I got the cars working. Now for the 1990 cup mod the cars won't load on any of my tracks. Do I need to download tracks from 1990 or what?

Ok so I downloaded the 2011 mods for the game. I put them in the folder and they are all there. The only problem is that they don't look right at all. Do I need to get 2011 templates to make those cars work? If so what folder do I put the template in to make it work?

@87jones06 Each car file is for a specific mod, andd they are not interchangeable. If the car file is for a different mod, then the paint scheme will be all wonky. If you are downloading 2011 cars, remeber that there are at least four 2011 mods; Cup11s, cup11ss, NWS11 and Bullring2011.

@ohbobsaget22 The best way to make cars is to do it in gimp. You can import any kind of decal and logo if you make an entire tga file and then import that into the game.

In my game, the 2011 sprint cup cars from elitepaintdesignsdotcom are glitched up. I put them into the 2011 bullring mod but the paint doesn't fit the cars.

@RABBITHUNTINGFTW If it's the full game you just have to install the patch beforehand and it will run all 4 physics. If its on the demo, yiu have to download a cup physics version and install it the special way.

@funkidyo I'm not sure exactly, but it sounds like there is too much stuff for yur computer to handle. You could try turning down stuff like cars, objects, etc.

@jjworry1024 I've tried to make other tracks work on the demo for years, and I've had no luck. In game, it either gets mad at you for changing the geometric shape of the track, or it just doesn't load. The only thing you can change are the ini settings of the track.

@jjworry1024 Downloading it is very illegal. iRacing owns NR2003 now, and I think they have sued the guy that remade it into NR2005. It averages about $50 these days on ebay, and thats even cheaper than NTG2011 (which isn't even half as good haha).

@jjworry1024 The demo doesnt work the same way. I made a tutorial of putting mods in the demo. It's harder, but it gives variety to the demo.
