The rhythm is too free. He has a lot of talent, but Rubenstein plays these pieces more closely to the polish dances. This guy has not done enough homework
Listen to the recordings by pupils of Mikuli (a pupil of the master himself), then you will see a big difference (especially where rubato is concerned)

The "ch" in Polish is pronounced as a "h" sound as in "hiccup."
Thus you pronounce his name as "Bleh-hach"
