For all you people who are claiming to be Dalton, where have you been all my life, I'm a direct decedent of Gratton. I am actually looking at Photo's of the whole gang together. After Skepticism i decided to get the photo's looked at and they are 100 percent real.
Anyone notice the numerous historical errors in this episode? It was actually Grat who fell for the banker's story about the time delay on the vault. The Daltons wore "disguises" so that Coffeyville citizens who knew them well would not recognize them, yet Robert Brey as Emmett seems to indicate that the other Daltons had never seen Coffeyville before. Bill Dalton is shown assisting in planning the raid, but has disappeared from the heist. Broadwell and Powers are given different names, etc.
My friend with the last nam of williams is related to the dalton gang(i dont know how) and im related to bonnie parker(of bonnie and clyde gang). bonnie is my distant cousin through my grandfather
Why is everyone aggrandizing the Dalton's. They were violent criminals who never worked for a livng. It was the defender's of Coffeyville who are the heroes. The Dalton's were executed on the streets of Coffeyville and good riddance to them!

The Dalton's were cousins to the Younger Gang that rode with Jesse james. Last i heard their was no evidence to show that the James Gang and the Younger Gang were related. In his book Emmett said that Bob wanted to out do Jesse James and anyother outlaw and rob the two banks at once which until then had never been done. And that their plan would have worked but the town was doing some work in the alley they were going to tie their horses in so they had to find somewhere else.
I was in high school in Coffeyville during the "mazeppa" years and watched it religously. How about some downloads of "coach chuck" or "toe head". Great memories. I had no idea the theme came from this movie. Thanks so much.
Robert Bray appeared in a lot more than just Bus Stop. In addition to countless TV series guest appearances, he also starred in one of the Lassie series.
