There are those at SLCC who belong to the LDS church and attend regularly; there are also those who do not know more than the two twenty-something year-old missionaries with nametags who knock on their doors a lot. Whatever the opinion is, available at SLCC campuses through the Institute of Religion is the opportunity for all students to learn more of the truth behind "the church" (as many in Utah often call it) so that opinion can turn into knowledge.

For two days beginning Friday, Frederic's nativity will be on display alongside 350 others at Liberty Chapel in Colorado Springs as part of the Christmas Creche Exhibit and Concerts.

The free event, presented by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, will also include choir music and 15-minute nativity re-enactments by actors.

God crated man and woman and He said four times in the Bible, man shall leave his father and mother and cling to his wife (a.k.a. family) and the two (2) shall become one. The only reason there is polygamy in our country today is because of Mormonism. And the Mormon value system is based on appearances & religious addiction. Jesus Christ, the Messiah, a Jew probably did not have skin that was "white and delightsome." Have you thought about that? There should be no focus on skin color.
