Wow, I honestly had no idea that this was considered skilled. I'm 13 (also have a broken wrist and still play) and my ability to do shots like this saves me on the 8 ball all the time. So when I first saw this I thought "What does he mean, impossible?" but now I get it.

Seeing as he's playing with left side and hitting the cueball low, of course the cue ball is going to swerve (on a half-decent cloth).

thats not really a 91 degree cut, it's more like a zero degree cut because the cue hits the object ball head on, it just hits a rail first

That is actually not a cut... It's a kick shot. You are hitting the rail fist, inside spin then hits object ball.
