Hmm, apperantly the song isn't available for download on the lincoln site anymore, you can only listen to it. (Major Tom live video version still is though).

People react to remakes of this song like they snuck in there and robbed it away from BOC like theives in the night. In reality, in order to use something so publicly without having your ass sued off, you have to buy the rights to the song. This song does not seem to have an overuse of Auto-Tune. The "hiccups" you hear are stutter edits, made very popular by BT. You simple chop up the waveform of the audio to create that effect. The effect on the chorus is a vocoder, not Auto-Tune. I have no doubts her voice is pitch corrected since hardly any release they days is not corrected in some way before release.

They're definitely a quality group with a good taste in choosing songs to cover (BÖC rules!). The only thing I don't like about the production is the faddish use (deliberate overuse) of the Auto-Tune® pitch correction plug-in that makes Ms. Treasure's voice hiccup at times.

This hokey effect was notoriously used in Cher Sarkisian's (awful) "Believe." Give it a rest !
