I have suffered from chronic Achilles tendonitis for over two years. I believe I injured it playing softball. Saw a doctor, given some anti inflamatorys which helped some but the problem persisted. What has helped me the most is just plain old rest and I mean complete rest staying off ones feet as much as possible. It is finally improving and most of the pain has ceased after about 4 weeks. This is the only thing that has really made a big differenced. I am confident that is the answer.
Thanks, I'm gonna try the support and also the kinetic massage techniques. I am not able to just REST! Noone to take over my job as "MOM" here!
