Love this game so far. I wonder who voices Kotaro in this OVA & in the game. I can find the other characters' seiyu but not Kotaro's.

This guy sounds a little like Nobuyuki Hiyama (Hiei from Yuyu Hakusho & also provided Link's vocalizing for Ocarina of Time).

To clear things up for everyone viewing this video:

Hourglass of Summer is a dating game akin to a 'choose your own adventure' type game where you choose what to say and do. The original game is NOT hentai, but a console version for the PS2 was released in Japan with hentai added in. Because you can get an ending with any of the 5 girls, this could be the reason the anime was cut off. And no, the game is MUCH better than this; many plot devices are skipped completely. If I remember correctly, there are only 2, and they go over only the main main parts of the story.

He's correct. The DVD game version was the first. A PS2 version with hentai added was created later, in Japan only.
