can you keep the cheesecake mixture in the fridge to make a second batch the next day?

@DorisErikssonisCRAZY yes you can keep the cheesecake mixture in the fridge.. it may harden the mixture a bit though.. so make sure when you take it out, soften & mix it well before proceeding :)
