  • i still have to see all the videos (you made me curious, i used to be a subbie of Becka) but that's the real website of the swedish post, posten.se. i don't know about that number but listen, it is true they sometimes mess up with packages. she should have gotten back to the post office (if you have a track nr then you have a receipt as well) and asked for a refund, if she says she sent you stuff. that's the normal procedure in sweden.

  • @Gingers272 that is if she ever sent the parcel in the frst place! She made another video pleading for me to contact her so she chould send me the money in two parts and then disapeared again. This woman is a LIAR and a FRAUD she has been doing this for years

Then she sends me an email saying it would be in two parts, and as you cam well guess it never arrived just like the pigments and the returned shadows

  • I have tried to let Becka know that Posten have replied and said that she needs to put in a complaint about my parcel not arriving but as she has me blocked I can't.

  • That is wonderful, but I hope you weren't too brief... You needed to give them some explanations...and the reference number... did you do that??

  • Yes said was given a tracking number and have been checking nothing changes on the site and no sign of the parcel.

  • This has nothing to do with the parcel, but I have to admit that I am puzzled as to why you spent almost £200 on someone who you never met in person? Additionally, what kind of swap? What did you want in exchanged for the eyeshadows?

  • I was stupid is the first answer. I had been on here over a year and everyone held her in such high esteem and she was always getting parcels so when she had a blog sale I decided to go ahead. She was supposed to send me MAC Pigments as a swap for the eyeshadows and an empty palette, She offered to add in sweets for the kids and asked were there any allergies she should be aware of. When I got anxious about no parcel she ignored my emails and blocked me on facebook.

  • Luckily I mentioned it in my blog and found out there were others she had screwed, she had promised the same pigments to numerous people and had no intentions of sending them to anyone if she ever really had them to begin with!

  • Well... I have this rule that I do not swap make up with anyone. Firstly, it is unhygienic, secondly, we live in the UK and MAC is widely available... I understand that you probably wanted the sweets...

    Did she really block you from facebook???

    I think you should contact our Post Office and provide them with the link for the Posten website and brief details of your story (don't go into huge explanations, just brief)...

  • Yup the sweets swung it lol, they were supposed to be LE Pigments that I couldn't get. Yes she blocked me, ask anyone that hasn't received their parcels that is what she does.

  • She has been doing this for a looooooooong time, shame you didn't see the original videos you would have understood then. Other people made claims she had swindled them and she managed to turn people on them saying they were lying etc, but then she met ME ha ha I don't give up when I am in the right and when so many people all over the world contacted me and Twixt to say the same thing happened to them she HAD to agree even now she is trying to turn people against me and make herself the victim

  • I am very confused... I left 3 messages in Becka's video and all of them were deleted.

    I only offered some help for all parties for an speedy resolution and how to track the parcel properly.

    I hate to say this, but I am beginning to believe some people.

    It became clear to me that Becka is a CON ARTIST!

  • As for Becka's video where she apologies for not sending the stuff, this too is another excuse and part of her scam.

  • If you want LE MAC products, your best bet is Bicester Village (there is an outlet store part of the Estee Lauder Group there) I recently purchased the whole Pandomonium collection... (not a great name, haha, but a really nice collection)

  • I heard that before but it is over a 3 hour drive away so hubbie would have to drive then the 2 kids would have to come and it wouldn't be much fun for three autistics, being housebound I shop online it's easier lol

  • I believe you Jools.... Plus the fact that Becka has been so rude to me when I was offering a simple solution to the problem, made me definitely believe what people are saying... Becka told me not to contact her again because I told her that she should contact her post office (in a nice way).

  • Only reason I haven't contacted the PO is I don't want to look lie a numpty asking about a parcel that was never sent here if you get what I mean, but I think I should call her bluff anyway. If she has posted a parcel to me it will be the first time she has ever told me the truth!

  • Oh, no that is not the way to go Jools! You need to enquire with the PO and provide them with the Reference Number that Becka gave you and tell them that you did not get anything yet... Don't go into too many details, just a brief explanation will suffice

  • Jools, I urge you to contact Becka and ask her to call her post office and request THE LOCAL PARCEL number (not to be confused with the Swedish Tracking number)..

    I checked the Posten Swedish website and did not provide any information about the parcel (not even details of where this was going)

  • Jools, I can understand your concern. Perhaps you should contact the Posten Swedish website and send them the link and reference that Becka provided.

    It is important that you get the eyeshadows or the money. But don't leave your investigations too late...

    I have family in Argentina (where I am originally from) and whenever they send me gifts, these details are always clear in the Argentinian Post Office website (my address,name time I signed etc). I don't know what it is like in Sweden, but the information I found in the Posten website was incomplete.

    I really do not understand why these details are not shown on the reference provided by Becka.

  • If this results in no news about this parcel, then Becka will need to claim for the insurance so that you can get the money for the eyeshadows. I expect that she insured the parcel for the full price..

  • It is not as simple as that. In order for you to get the money, it is necessary to be established that the parcel is lost and that no attempt delivery was made at your address. On the other hand, if the postman called your home, and left a calling card but you ignored this, then you will not be able to make any claims, only get the parcel.

  • Just to put the record straight (again) I have thanked but declined every offer of pigments from the kind people of YouTube. I was very touched by all the offers but that was not the intention of my videos. I have done these purely to let people know to beware and those who don't understand or believe I feel VERY sorry for. Thanks for all the support :0)

  • I left a comment on her channel that wasn't mean at all. It was just being honest with her and telling her that she did in fact start this and should realize that people don't HAVE to forgive her and they have a reason to still not believe her and she should respect that. She left a nasty reply that didn't even make sense, deleted my comment (and most bad ones) and blocked me. What a child! She used the childish excuse, "its my channel!" Okay? Are we 15?

  • So after Nov 6th, there's no more info for this package!? Where the heck is it!? It's been like 16 days since then & no updated information?? That's insane.

    I've talked with several people who have confirmed that they've received their stuff from her (whatever she owed in swaps). So I know she made good on some.

    I really hope you do receive this package!

  • BarrysDaughter, I think you are ought to have a practical approach to the solution of this problem. You need to ask Becka to contact her local post office and ask for 1) a Tracking No. (which will be the Swedish number that she gave you) and 2) The Local Parcel No (this will be your parcel number in the UK, which you will be able to view on the Post Office Website, IMPORTANT - it is a different number than the tracking number but the Swedish Post office will be able to give this to Becka).

    Were there any specific pigments that you really wanted? I don't have a crazy colIection of pigments but i might have some of the same colors!

  • I quit watching most of her videos when she started basically begging for a yellow bag, if anyone remembers that. "Ohh we don't have ANY yellow bags here in my country, I've looked everywhere" *sad face*. Fast forward a few weeks, someone sent her a yellow bag *shock-surprise*.

    Anyway, I'm sorry you're out all that money, but it's good of you to keep your head up and move on. She's the one who has to live with being a fraud, thief and liar.

  • Well at least the truth is out there and everyone knows it now. If you guys hadnt stood up and said something people would probably still be getting scammed. You did the right thing and I feel for everyone who has been scammed. Im glad you are putting this behind you and moving on.
