  • Yeah now that your posture is flat you can see that you were in fact leaning too far down with the upper body.

    Now you can let it all come together by imagining that the rod down your spine is angled upward from your tailbone to the back of your head. In fact if someone were to lay a broom stick on your back while swimming it would be pointing just above the surface of the water in front of you. If that makes sense? Maintaining the long solid spine is important though.
