Not exactly, it's a fan-character I made up for DBGT. But, instead I changed him to South Park style. I also have GT Kid Goku, Z Goku-SSJ3, SSJ4 Goku, Kid Buu and Freeza made in South Park style. But, yeah, he's a parody of the Saiya-jin's from DBZ, but I think you knew that.
