If she is unmarried, then he would have to pay a fine to her father. And she would be stoned to death for being impure.

Thats why the penalty for being raped, is far greater then the penalty for being a raper.

Not just sports but also professions such as medical, waste management, and other work which can have both physical, medical, and mental affects on the spouses of such workers.

The Declaration of Independence mentions we are created by a creator (God) who has endowed us with certain inalienable rights. Not really. The United States quite openly supported freedom fighters in Afghanistan and provided weaponry for them. There doesn't seem to be any evidence suggesting that the Russians are arming any form of Islamic terrorists, and they certainly don't seem to be giving them any open support.
The Cold War is over. The US and Russia don't bother funding rebellions against each other anymore.

The "unclean" theme was very strict back then and very demeaning to females. But, in that society that is what they needed to make it. The new Testament clearly holds women in a higher regard than the Old. That's because society had changed. I think God tells us what we need to hear to make it.
