  • Very smooth, beautiful and good vibrato.

  • Thanks!

  • i play trumpet and baritone/euphonium and i must say this is brilliant

  • Thanks!

  • Hmm.

    Good job. ;P

Learning this song for choir. o.o

  • How long you had the flugel?

  • Likely over 25 years.

  • beautiful! is that a flugel horn?

  • Yes it is.

  • Your musical tone is brillant and so sweet and relaxed. You sure know how to play a horn like that can't ya? A Good Tribute to Maynard Ferguson (whom I adored so much).

  • thanks, man

  • very nice. But how did u do the vibrato on a brass instrument? I can never do that. (I play the euphonium)

  • You can move the instrument just a little with your right hand, or do it with your jaw. I can do it either way.

  • if u dont know how to do vibrato on a brass instrument, then u better learn how to, its not hard, just dont do what i did when i first tried to, which was using my air to do vibrato, i use my lips and a tiny bit of air to support. (I play euphonium too)

  • i just do it with my lips

  • meh i rather play it on guitar..sounds a little better but like that is fine too.

  • You have a sweet tone man. You only get a tone like that by paying your dues. What flugel are you playing on?

  • Yamaha 631

  • Very nice, it is a great song. Is there anyway that you know or could play Shenandoah? If not, that's fine. I just thought I would ask.

  • i can remember the first two phrases, but that's it. I don't have the music around anywhere. Sorry.

  • Good tone, technique and projection. Very nice tribute to "the boss" Thank you for sharing your musical talent!!

  • Nice, a sweet and mellow sound.

No dubba C for Maynard ????

(It's only a joke : I'm also a trumpet player. I can play Double-C on trumpet, but I can't do it on flugelhorn)

  • I can sometimes squeak out a dubba on the trumpet, but it's not really there.

  • TUBEISH! GREAT!

  • Glad you liked it. I love that song. Thanks for subscribing. Though I should warn you it's not all flugelhorn and warmth.

  • Smoooooooth, thank you, enjoyed the flugal touch.

  • You're welcome.
