To understand the report and to see which side is right - all you need to do kmow is just to read what mr. goldston said on 04/2011 : We know a lot more today about what happened in the Gaza war of 2008-09 than we did when I chaired the fact-finding mission appointed by the U.N. Human Rights Council that produced what has come to be known as the Goldstone Report. If I had known then what I know now, the Goldstone Report would have been a different document. MR GOLDSTON - SHAME ON YOU.
@100tamir Your comment is a wishful attempt to discredit the entire report based on his statement. What he said is and was a forgone conclusion, as Israel refused to participate in the initial investigation. So of course the report would have been different. What you failed to mention, is that he stood behind his initial report with the exception of Israel targeting civilians as a matter of policy. You also fail to mention that the other 3 experts involved stand firmly behind the original report
Israel will pull all it's man power out to discredit the report, and pursued the UN assembly to do the same. There is indisputable evidence of the use of illegal weapons on civilians and Israel knows and fears this. Israel refuses to admit to atrocities which they commit on people the same atrocity which the public is constantly reminded of when it occurred during WWII on the Jews.

Congress is out to bury the Goldstone report. Tell your representative to vote NO on H. Resolution 867.
