You get it man. Companies should give you what they promise, first off. Next, since nothing's perfect they should have great customer service from people who have a reasonable amount of power to fix the problem. The people you (eventually) talk to are just trying to make a living. They get bitched at enough through the day to burn them out and give some panic/heart attacks. It's the fault of the company, being too cheap, set up incorrectly, and controlling.
you can call all you want but the person you talk to on the phone. and even their manager are not the ones that you need to yell at. they cant change anything about the "infrastructure" of the company. if you dont like the company go to another company its that easy.

US cell phone service is crap anyway. You can;t fix a primitive system. It needs to be trashed. The US uses old technology in just about everything.
