Actually, these guys are doing what they're supposed to do, it's just bad execution. You NEVER stop moving towards the goal. Even if you're biled, you melee and walk. Two people run forward, two people turn around and walk backwards. Camping in a room before the elevator or goal is just wasting time and health. If you're playing pro infected, your only hope is to keep it moving, because if your team falls apart and you start camping, it's over.
