Chris Dyer seemed to really understand Kimi's temperament. They seemed to get on really well, which is not the only reason I liked him (Dyer), but was a large part of why I did. It was such a shame to see Dyer used as a scapegoat post-Abu Dhabi 2010 and his subsequent resignation from Ferrari. Not the most dignified way for Ferrari to treat a race engineer who brought them 3 Driver titles and 4 Constructor titles. Although decorum has rarely been Ferrari's strong point, rather "reactionary"

Kimi, the KING of Spa. The win he had at Spa for Mclaren in 2004 is still one of my favourite drives of all time.
