  • squat without shoes

  • miscellaneous and random dont have the same meaning, dumbass.

  • How long have you been doing this 20 rep squat? Did you get any good gains?

  • @MetaIhead89 This was over a year ago. But, within 3 weeks (9 sessions) i increased my squat by 15kg, however, i can't say that was because of the workout most likely to do with my beginner gains at the time. Just try it out loads of people have great success with it. Good luck.

  • flat soled shoes are actually better than most for squatting. def no running shoes or shox or bs like that

  • holy shit. that was gutsy. I mean that was way to much weight. You gutted it out but dude. Start at a lower weight if you only can do 4 in a row. You should be able to do at least 8 in a row before stopping. lol. good job though

  • @bright5086200 I know where your coming from but since i had bad shoes, yeah i know my problem, i had to reset my feet but still thanks for the comment

  • Good depth. Ask your spotter not to touch you during the set. You lift inside the rack, so if you fail, you just set the barbell off on the rack. In the start of the 20-rep set, just keep the rythm and keep it up. No need to rest before you hit at least the 8-10 rep mark.. You're very young, and this is a great start. At your age, I did not even know what a proper squat was. Keep it up, and you will be very strong.

  • @kraftsportNO Thanks for the comment, i only stopped at 5 because of the shoes, but yeah thanks for the advice its much appreciated! :D

  • @iWorkoutToday Get better shoes. :D
