He was 89 or 90 in this video. Most people are dead by then, and those that live are barely mobile. He was full of energy and felt as if his life was just getting started. Every single person who sees this should say "I want that, too."

@Ant1Live Absolutely!!! I mean how can you not be inspired by this guy!!!! I post stuff on my FB page about him and maybe 1 or 2 people might respond. Crazy! So for the rest of us that love torturing ourselves in the gym or park or just love exercise, we really are the abnormal ones in the world. Let's grow old HARD!!!!
