unless in the approximate 0.5 second gap you ran from one side of the pitch to the other, this can't have been done.

judging by the speed of the ball and the size of the pitch, it would take one second for the ball to go from your foot to the goal.

So lets say you used two cameras for the different angles and that's why there seems to be a delay.

One second before the ball hits the goal in the second angle you say "it's going in" and then again about 0.5 seconds later. the volume doesn't change so you must have stayed still. but you run out from the side of the pitch...
