Have to say that the race start they showed at the end of the clip was in fact from the 1984 European Grand Prix held at the then 'new' Nurburgring circuit.

Well it was on one of four WRC rallye cassettes from ´85 or ´86. It was at the end of the tape as a kind of bonus.

The other tapes had clips of rally dakar and speedboats.

hm, maybe I wrote 1986 because it was a bonus clip

on a WRC video cassette that was from 1986, I think.

On the first minute of the clip you can see that there is the Renault team, which disappeared from F1 in the end of the season of 1985.
