You can clearly see how upset the owner was over the fall and he did try to catch him. Any pet owner should know that animals will do things that aren't always smart. My cat twice went chasing after her tail and both times she got her claw stuck in it, does that make me a bad owner? No because it's not expected. I'm sure if he new the dog was going to fall he would have moved it sooner

I Would like to clarify for everyone who thinks that this is somehow animal cruelty... Yes I see in hindsight I should have moved him away from the stairs, but he sleeps there to this day. Its his favorite spot. Falling down isnt going to stop him. I grabbed the camera because he was twitching and Dreaming. I wanted to make a video montage of him twitching and dub some techno music to the background... But, Jub Jub Decided to roll over Instead. He was fine, Just kinda startled...

All I know is that if my dog was asleep on the edge of the top stair like that, I would know that there's a good chance that when it wakes up, it could fall down, and so I would move the dog out of the way, not set up a camera. Does that behaviour seem to upset you?
