It looks like there is plastic on the inside of the case where the sides of the iPhone touch. Does that scratch your iPhone? It seems like the plastic would.

@RAYGUNZonPS3 Yes it's been many months now and I can say I am very happy with my Pop Case from CaseMate. Only damage it suffered was when my 4 year old son bit through it when getting frustrated playing a game on my iPhone - LOL! Had to get another one . . . it's that good!
