h.r. only want the exactly answer that each of their applicant client will can be exist in their company.......it's like you offer yourself to them......with a sense and be one of the biggest worker that the company leads more to success.....why? they're want to accept them and what's the good purpose that they can give a chance to accept them to their company....

well i think for me i only agree if the questions is not included in a resume as the h.r. of the company questioning only "tell me about yourself that's not included in your resume.". this mean that i may not mention about the content of my resume...and same for the others

and if the others can't say what's wrong about the h.r. question he or she maybe not able to pass or achieve the exact way to handle their interview....

Some of these are just so fake in tell someone about yourself. Answer the question how you would want others to answer it for you. Your appilcation/ resume has most of your expertise information in it, no need to go over and bore the interviewers. Speak about personal quality traits, what you believe in when it comes to work, goals you want to achieve and how you will get there. Providing a career summary of your work hisory? They have that already, why waste time going over what they read.

the advice not to start a monologue on your family, current job, education etc, is the exact opposite of many of the advice on YouTube. The advice in this video is spot on, and should be followed by anyone who is serious about making a good start to an interview (having done the initial entry and greeting well). Well, this video depends upon who the interviewer is and their standards. We live in a shitty economy right now, so if you look funny, you wont get hired. You have to be a minority or homo to get hired anymore anyway.
