@potterclybtv I have. Maria Callas is one of my greatest inspriations<3 and her coloratura is AMAZING<3 Although I have to say Cecilia Bartoli is my favoriate coloratura of all time easily. Along with Renee Fleming and a few other sopranos. Im a vocal performance major, and im studying to be an Opera singer(lyrico-spinto soprano.

The show is about taking pop singers out of their realm and having them perform something completely different. Listen to Marcella Detroit singer Queen of the Night. Same thing. You've got to appreciate their balls to be in a show like this.

I have to agree with you on this. As an avid Opera fan, I don't feel like it should be abused by those who aren't qualified. But all differences aside, I will admit that she has a nice voice. If she really worked at it she could get better. I feel sorry for some pop stars. They may never be aria worthy but some of them are very talented.
