Reese is this guy who "supposedly" like Clare when she dressed up in Darcy's clothes in the episode, Jane Says Part 2. You can also catch Reese in the episode, Touch of Grey where he and KC goes at each other because they hate each other. Im not sure why but then later on Connor tells Reese about KC's criminal past. Of course Reese picks on KC about it while with Clare so she gets freaked out that he stole a car, etc. You should watch the episode, Its really good.
