  • back in the older days of lifting deadlift was used as a lift for the different clubs dumbasses

  • lol ive been liftin 2 years and im at 1745 i squat and dead lift 575 bench 345, and power clean 250 which is low but my form sucks on it lol

  • squat technique was ok. the backs of your thighs should be parallel to the floor. and somewhere in your bench your left side is weaker. probably your shoulder and triceps on that side. practice with very light weight next time in order to perfect the technique. that should help you out. and on the deadlift i also noticed that you started to curl the weight with your left hand with the underhand grip. its not uncommon but if your biceps are not strong enough you risk tearing that muscle . 

  • Squat needs to be parallel to count. Close getting to 1000lb though.

  • okey so the 1000 pound club consists of Bench Press, Squat, and POWER CLEANS, NOT deadlifts, get lower on ur squats too
