I think her accent is weird because it comes and goes. It's quite distracting IMO.

I said her pseudo-brit accent is distracting because IT COMES AND GOES. Oh and the fact that it's not always there suggests that it's being PUT ON/FAKE. If it's always there then sure she's picked up an accent, but it's not. It's in some interviews and completely gone in others ie. the recent acceptance speech. WTF?

And just because I commented doesn't mean that I need to "get over it". Trust me, I'm not losing any sleep over this.

im not making a big deal, but there times when people accidentally or autommatically say words in different ways. i do sometimes, not on purpoes, but im not paying attention. so what she fakes it or not. everyone has different speaking...tongue.

Since moving to England in the late 90's her accent comes out once an awhile, and its usually when she's speaking to British people. She's a chameleon. Madonna obviously absorbs linguistics like she does pop culture. Why does it annoy everyone so much?
