@mmajosh I do not have a second book as of now. But I do plan to author both a meditation book, and a self-help book for natural recovery from mental illness. It's going to be awhile before those are even started, much less finished. But I may make some new videos or create a CD of audio instruction, at some point. Thanks for asking and I hope this finds you well!
Your book is awesome, almost finished reading it. really gripping story. Do you think healing from bipolar is very rare, or quite possible for everyone? I'm SICK of medications, which desroy my sex life, my drive, my passions
@mmajosh Hi there. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I am very thankful that you read my book, and I am glad if it helps you. As for healing from bipolar, I don't think it is common. I like to think it is possible for everyone. But that is probably not realistic, yet, in this day and age. I think the longer a person bears a mental illness, the harder a complete or lasting recovery will take.
@faithinchaosboy I did get a chance to read your comments as they were sent to my email, as well. Thank you for your thoughts and I wish you the best. Take care.
@LindaKay1948 Hi Linda! Yesss! It is done. :) I hope all is well with you and that you will consider emailing me after you've read it to tell me what you thought about it. Take care!
Interesting. Something you might be interested in looking into but I found something that helped me more than anything else, I fasted for 47 days. My mind became very sensitive and processed thoughts in a very different fashion, every little thing started to feel great and when I get endorphins from going to the gym/exercise I feel high as if I'm on drugs. It would seem that those who seek pleasure and instant gratification suffer but those who work through pain find reward(like virtue).
@runtubefantasy Well, you could try going on a diet of only fruits & vegetables for a while. They're very easy for your body to process so it's almost as good as fasting.
