  • hope you got a bilge pump lol

  • I agree with the kid, that was awesome! lol

  • Been there and done it exactly the same way no problems!

  • @noodlesaudigolf And how did you get the boat back on the trailer, genius?

  • @cocotower - Er with the winch!

Don't forget most modern UK trailers are what's called "roller coaster" trailers & they are designed to roll the boats up along the trailer. The one in the video and mine has got a rear swing beam as well to help loading.

In the US most trailers are the "bunked" style which require a trailer to be driven a long way into the water before you can put the boat on top. Each have got advantages and disadvantages but when it comes to roller coaster - "its what we got!"

  • @noodlesaudigolf Most I've seen in the U.S. (where I live) have rollers of some sort. Mine has 4 down the middle and carpeted side rails with about 1/2 inch of clearance for the boat width.

  • that is a cool little boat

  • lol

  • I wanna see how you get it back on

  • Cool boat!

  • you are putting immense stress on that trailer, you could practically snap it in two if you carried on doing this.

  • nice boat

  • love that boat!!!!

  • Kids comment says it all :)........That was AWESOME!!!!!

  • now get it out

  • that was easy..

  • Thanks to all the knob heads who commented On my video it retrieved easily I contacted the boat builder warrior boats and they said launching this way was ok providing the drop wasn't to high this method saves your brakes becoming rusty.

  • @tangotel1949 'provoded the drop wasnt too high"

and how many feet did they say was too high? those are weasle words, when you rip the cleat out of the bow, they will say.. yeah, that was too high

but dont let reality stand in your way - hopefully someone else will get a funny video when you rip the bow out of your boat.

  • Nice Boat. What Hp Honda?

  • @DamienK84 75 hp

  • this guy probably has balls of UK-Steel!

  • Wow. That was fast.

  • BLOODY HELL THE BOAT FILL UP WITH WATA

  • How to get it back on now!!!

  • wow, that is one queer looking little boat

  • Débrouya ! :D (y)

  • Loving some of the comments - I cant believe how worked up some people get lol

  • ladies looks like he obviously knew what he was doing or he wouldnt of launched at that spot besides its his problem to get back out not urs

  • Nice little boat and a fine launch too...

  • miss leading title. i was expecting the boat to the launched, in the air

  • @MultiRenegade6 That's because you're an illiterate, the problem is at your end.

  • the tide do go out round these parts, don't it?

  • @teamvmg Yes the area is massively tidal - 10m tidal range on spring tides, this footage was taken at an hour after low water.... recovery is much easier with another 8-10m of water over the slip.

  • i like the boat. nice design.

  • How you planning to get the thing back on trailer?

  • nice way to save money on retrieving the boat at the ramp because you didn't pay to unload

  • @mccarterjg you have to pay to use some boat ramps ? all the ones ive been too are free

  • LMAO ! Thinking "outside" the box ! Actually if you look at the design of that trailer, the boat "CAN" be retrieved in the same way ! That's "NOT" like any "BOAT" trailer that I've ever owned (float off/ with the mid-break point)

  • @justanotherengine NFW! If you tried to winch the boat back on the trailer you will pull the cleat right out of the bow.

  • @MrHobiecat , B.S., once he get's past the "MID" point of the hull, she'll lay right down !

  • @justanotherengine you will never get to the mid point with the bow cleat. Its designed to pull the boat on a trailer that is UNDER the boat, NOT to lift the boat out of the water 10 feet up in the air

but hey, knock yourself out, then you will have to figure out how to get your boat back out of the water, and how to fix the hole in your bow.

  • @MrHobiecat , Not True, The "Rocker" design at the end of the trailer can easily lift the hull out with the winch (It's specifically designed to do just that) at high tide, how do you think he get's the boat back on the trailer ?

  • @MrHobiecat the bow ring is very strong and we retrieved the boat the same way with a good winch no problem.

  • @justanotherengine Your spot on it can be retrieved the same way.

  • I would have liked this video if the water had of flooded in and sunk the boat.

  • Were's that second bottle of bourbon, hic?

  • WOW THE FUCKING PROBLEM IS THAT IS THE UGLIEST BOAT EVER INVENTED

  • cool nice and quick

  • @TheGrumpy79 yea but how r they going to get it out

  • did you have any intentions of taking it out???? :/

  • Wow...thats a good visual of the word "stupid"...huh?

  • Comes out the same way. Duh!!

  • @buttmanroad ... LOL. i take it you never launced a boat. U cant retrieve it the same way it was launched. No way.

  • @Rastamut yes i can

  • Hahaha, you'd be fine if you had Fish Boat Nav!

  • WELL THATS YOUR PROBLEM RIGHT THERE!

  • Um dia este barco afunda.

  • 4 people tried this and sunk their boats.

  • oops the engine doesnt work can you pull me back up...oh wait "woops"

  • fuck up your boat or trailer if you keep doing this

  • @7StarsFromTheMoOn Not really, the trailer has rollers thats the reason why he was able to do that and the boats bottom obviously doesnt get damaged or scratched from the trailer only problem he will have with that method is breaking his outboard or filling the boat up with water and thats about it

  • The 4 people who Disliked this Video are the ones who own the boat

  • Chuck Norris will pull out of the water this boat on the apocalypse day.

  • lets see the vid where you pull it out of the water

  • why? multi roller trailers were made for idiots, boats should be supported until afloat and floated back onto a trailer. also the weight of the boat should be on the keel not the middle of the panel which is any panels weakest point. I hope the battery was well sealed, I hope they don't retrieve it the same way...

  • @hellsbaby127 EASY RAINMAN!

  • Great job!!

  • Nice

  • isnt that a good way to fuck up ur motor

  • not only is this fast, its very efficient because compared to how many docks there are to boat ramps, if everyone does this then no need for dropping your boat off at the ramp just do this... i like this

  • hehehe that's awesome..

  • like the boy in the video said, "thats awesome"!

  • knottend fleetwood that

  • haha wata hero lol

  • THATS A WIN!

  • Dumbass go find a boat ramp

  • i like that boat

  • Now watch him get it out!

  • Getting it out is just a bit harder if you dont want your trailer wheels in the water.

  • I'm assuming that was done at the lowest state of the tide!! Given the marker in the concrete behind them that it probably indicating the end of the slip when launching at higher tides!! Very lucky that didn't sink the boat I would say!!!

  • good luck getting it out mate

  • @rgrinerhome my thoughts exactly

  • @jeffro1265 you two are idiots

  • @rgrinerhome can't why he couldn't, the trailer has tilting wheels, so all he needs to do is bring the boat up to the wheels, connect the front of the boat to the winch and start pull, the wheels will force it upright until the boat's weight brings it over, very simple.

  • @flamedrag18 no my friend! It is not as simple as you think, it is obvious that you have not tried that. If he does it, 99% chance is that the towbar will snap off from his car or that trailer will bend!

It would have been easy if the boat was in the same level as the wheels (say if it was grounded).

Also, if he tries your method, water may enter the the boat which will make it even more difficult => impossible to put it on the trailer!

  • @boatingisfunUK it's a tilt trailer, it's make to do this. you simply bring the boat up to the tilting end, raise it up to midship and bring the front down on the trailer, I've seen it done many times on the beaches around here where the boats are lower then the trailer by a bit. the boat never fills with water either with the speed that it can be done, literally just a few seconds to tilt and drop on the trailer. you sir don't know what your talking about and learn to respect other's words.

  • @boatingisfunUK also, this isn't a 50 ton ship here, it's a 2000 pleasure boat, the trailer is made for the boat and for this type of launching and receiving. have you ever seen someone use a tilt trailer?

  • @flamedrag18 Ships are more in the range of 100,000 tons.

  • @3Mudbone1 a ship is ANY large water vessel, this means that a 50 ton vessel may be considered a ship since the definition of large is different for everyone. anyways, it the word "ship" such a big deal in this argument? your wrong and you try to divert the conversation after more then 2 weeks of silence, shut up and leave me alone you troll.

  • @flamedrag18 Blow the shit out of your head and make the world a MUCH better place!

  • @3Mudbone1 I still stand by my previous statement, TROLLLLLLLLLL

  • @rgrinerhome

It will come out no problem with the tilt roller trailer and a winch.

  • @rgrinerhome oh its actually very easy if you aint a wimp :)

  • @rgrinerhome your that stupid really

your really think theres no ramp near by holy shit

  • @rgrinerhome lol think before you speak.
