@EyyitsAlyssa Don't be! Remember to cut off only a tiny bit at the time. You will get a hang of after a few practices!

I used to have bangs like that and it went reeeeally bad because I didn't know how to style them and the lady cut them way too short! Last time I showed her a picture because I wasn't sure how to descibe that I wanted bangs like yours (ended up as a not so great idea) If I was to try to get them again, what do you think I should say to the lady to help her understand what I want?

@Jomok45 I honestly don't stay much to the person who cuts my hair besides straight bangs and she cuts it the way I want them. You can say you want straight bangs, but at the ends you want it longer to balance your face. Also tell her that you don't want it cut in a blunt line, you want it to be layered. Hopefully that made sense. ^^

@MsLovebug132 Practice always makes perfect. I try to be very careful when I first started cutting my bangs. Now I just cut it with ease. I remember I accidentally cut my friends bangs crooked when I first started to cut my own bangs. After that incident, I tried to make sure to take my time and etc.

@NurFarSyaGurL You can use regular ones and cut them in triangular shapes. I prefer using the thinning shears because it is a lot easier for me to do and my bangs usually do not come out uneven with thinning shears.

- okay , i straightened my bangs and i put greese on them becasue they were kinda dry , but when i put greese and it comes out good but a little too greesy . also do you know how to make like a hump uner your bangs ?

@Ashon4ever I recommend using a serum instead of grease. I use paul mitchell'a super skinny serum. It is very light and it doesn't make my hair feel greasy. However, it is kind of pricey. You can either use biosilk or a product that is similar from Sally's Beauty Supply. As for "hump?" do you mean a curve? If so you can use a blow dryer with a round brush and it will create a curve in your bangs.

However, you don't want your damage hair to grow out! I know you are trying to grow out your hair, but I think maybe you should get a trim, so your hair will have shape and also get rid of the damage ends. My friend used it and it made her hair grew out super fast! Also, her hair became a lot healthier. However, I can probably make a video regarding my overall hair care. Even though it isn't amazing.
