if valve doesnt want this to happen then why dont they just delete the civilian models alltogether?!?!?

That's not how the "Civillian" models work. That model is the default for any class, if the model they are supposed to use is missing or the like. That spy is using a Sniper weapon, and there are obviously no Spy models made to show him with that weapon. Therefore, the game inserts the Civvie model because it doesn't know what else to display.

put sniper as next class(dont have suicide after change class)then when it reaches limit u play as other and have sniper weapons.

if you played the randomizer servers you will notice a lot of weapons will make the spy look civivlian

he only looks like it because the spy has no animation for the huntsman its not the actual civilian glitch

its not a civilian.... its a sniper glitch... if u go to sniper when its maxed out (at limit) it will give sniper weapons on a dif class

He got snipers stuff but Spys body. So kind of civilian, and kind of not.
