  • How does one touch their toes, or let me rephrase, how can I become more flexible, I can only touch my toes if I bend my knees-some people don't bend them and they can touch their toes, how can I be one of these people? lol

  • i live in a dorm =( as small as it is (100-125 sq ft), its holding 3 people lol, my only option is the school gym ; ;...but i'll get to the exercise! eventually haha

  • Great AB week so far! I felt the burn from the oblique floor crunch and pillow ab workouts I did yesterday. Ready to feel the burn with this exercise now as well. I think I can touch my toes. haha. yeah, I can.

  • Can you do a video about your breathing? I have noticed trainers in other videos making that fast breathing out sound, but I am not sure of the purpose. Great videos by the way. Very helpful.

  • u do this exercise really elegantly ,i v seen people do it really messy and curve their back too much, looks like it works the obliques too.
