How does one touch their toes, or let me rephrase, how can I become more flexible, I can only touch my toes if I bend my knees-some people don't bend them and they can touch their toes, how can I be one of these people? lol
i live in a dorm =( as small as it is (100-125 sq ft), its holding 3 people lol, my only option is the school gym ; ;...but i'll get to the exercise! eventually haha
i'm afraid to watch your videos now, cuz they make me wanna go to the gym and try them out...and thats a lot of work xD. so i always click it last by the end of the day =x tehehe

Can you do a video about your breathing? I have noticed trainers in other videos making that fast breathing out sound, but I am not sure of the purpose. Great videos by the way. Very helpful.
