Thanks for the 4000 emulator clip from Portland! I've lived there all my life, and I fondly remember watching TWC in the 1990s; this brings back lots of memories! I have two emulator clips from the Portland area, but I think your configuration is more accurate than mine is.
Do you happen to have any video of the real 4000 from the Portland area recording off TWC? I'd LOVE to see that. Thanks!
Actually, I got the idea to post a video by first finding yours. Props to you on being the first person to post one from Portland.
Anyway, mine is pretty much the same as yours, other than a different configuration of the Regional Observations map. I thought mine looked more accurate, anyway. With the latest observations data, I wasn't sure which cities they used, but I think they changed them around sometimes, so both yours and my configs could have been correct at one time.
Do you have an IS or a WSXL

My cable company uses IntelliStar, but I have no way of recording that yet

You can use a camera, a DVD Recorder, a VCR, or a TV Tuner.

Actually, it's spot on. At least, that's what I see when I watch the Weather Channel in Portland.

It's an emulator, not the real thing.
