i bought this album when it first come out when i was 17 and am now 38 this track is ageless and always ends up getting played regularly, it brings back the memories of time when i bought it.

@MrInboxfull Same for me. I remember listening to the album as a teen, but its timeless as you say and brings back wonderful memories. I tend to like World In My Eyes a bit better than this track, but both tracks just encapsulate everything about DM I think, they were at their pinnacle.

Mike Shinoda did a good job in preserving the main melody.

But in my opinion, ruined the whole feeling of the song. The song is supposed to be a soft, electronic rock tune to soothe the listener. Mike Shinoda does the opposite. When the electric guitars appeared, I was startled. Sincerely, this song (the original version) is what you can call, my top favorite song of all time. Mike Shinoda, doesn't murder it but he leaves it badly bruised. 4/10
