It's not going to be easier actually. It's going to be equal to or harder difficulty because they changed the timing window for hammer ons and pull offs since World Tour. What's the practice mode cheat and what's it do?

It's kind of hard to explain, but there are some great definitions on youtube. It's main purpose is to play any note chart on any song. Most people use it so they could get the "Kick the Bucket" achievement or "5 star/Beat X difficulty".

it allows you to pass any song on the game. It makes it say you got a 100 on it, and when you play it, then the song is one octave higher, and there is no band to back you up.

Yes it was, it was also the final song in that tier, although there were no encores so it wasn't necessarily the hardest song in the tier. I personally think that Texas Flood is harder because it is the only setlist song that I haven't 6 starred according to scorehero's ranking system.

Is there any way you can reduce the res at which you capture the video? That would probably solve the problem with the choppiness. I can understand wanting good quality, but I'm pretty sure you can find a happy median between quality and fps, especially since youtube doesn't upload vids at a very high resolution.
