The drunk sonic glitch can be made by waiting for demo to play, once it starts hold down the A B C buttons and sonic will go off course, ending up doing retarded moves.

You forgot some glitches

Example: In Green Hill 3 near the spikes.

When you can go over it, dont jump when you at the end of this spikes. You fall and lose a life thats weird

What it means is that the game cannot preform a certain task, (in this case having the screen go down after hitting the goal,) so the game locks up. Illegal in this case means unable.

The default version was Japanese. I had to change it from Japanese to North American by pressing Z-Up-Z-Down-Z-Left-Z-Right. I have the Gamecube version.
