Oh Man! I just got my BT-200 and this video and all the reviews I've read don't lie. This thing really does cancel out all background noise. I just tested it with my cell and my PC and it's just amazing! I made a call on skype with my PC and had the music at full volume, but in the background all you could hear was my voice.

For W7 users, don't install the software that came with it or windows will get confused. Just plug in the bluetooth dongle and let W7 automatically install the drivers.
