Hi lothre, i am very interesting about it... i want to learn about homemade of your stuffs.. pls email me omid3dman@gmail.com.. what equipments you have for this..
I like the turbine design, Except fot the lovers that are added on. I wonder how effective it would be without them, My thoughts are it might produce 500-750 watts.
my skepticism was in this units ability to recharge those batteries in a reasonable amount of time. I have no doubts there are batteries in it capable of supporting 5000 watt output.
My Opinon...If it was really as efficient as they say, I would be very impressed. However a couple car batteries and a 5000watt inverter would do the same thing. Not saying its faked, but that the turbine is charging batteries and the batteries are doing the work...nothing special really
@HobbyVAWT guess there is no way to know unless there is a meter showing generator capability. Like you said, no matter what it is generating, it is likely charging the batteries. But then, a standard phone line can charge batteries, if you can wait long enough.

Look at those fabric guide vane panels. You can see the fabric doesn't move at all. Where's the wind?
