Take a look at his other videos. He is DJ P and he isn't a sellout. When promoters hire him, he comes w/ a contract (I'm guessing) and they know what kind of gig he plays. He probably doesn't alter his gig to the club (country, hip hop, top 40), he plays his set and that's it.

People think all DJs are jukeboxes that play what the club wants. Some are, but others play what they want and he is obviously one of them. This dude is mad talented.

Correction - if you're a Producer/DJ, then people come just to see you play. If you're just a DJ in the club, then it is absolutely your job to play what the crowd wants. Being a producer is an entirely different thing, as people are coming to listen to the music that you have created yourself. The vast majority of DJ's just play other people's music however, and as such, have no right to be so obnoxious.
