Depends on what you buy. Low end electronic markers cost the same as or cheaper than the low end mechanical markers. The mid range electronic markers cost the same as the high end mechanical. Its only the top end electronic markers that are really expensive. But they are worth it though :) If you can go to your local sites walk on day and ask to have a try with various different markers that people take with them :)

Yes we use electronic markers. They experience no more problems than non-electronic markers in my experience and I've been playing for 17 years. If you want to get a reliable electronic marker I would suggest an Ego or Etek. If your budget is quite low get an Etek 1 or Ego 05 or 06.

I actually have a friend who has played against some Dynasty members. He didn't know who they were while he was playing, but he and his friend decided to shoot each other in the foot because they knew they were boned. When one of the Dynasty members, after the match, tried to sell my frined some autographed headbands for $20, he realized after he turned down the offer that he played against Dynasty.

lol well that was stupid of them. They might have gotten lucky and shot one of the Dynasty players. I've played against Millennium SPL level players before and beaten them. (Ok they got me a lot more than I got them but I got lucky occasionally.)

yo, yeah its the OLN channel, out door living network, paintball is on it as well as hunting and other outdoor sports, call your local provider or check online for listings.

i think ollie lang is the only paid paintball player now. idk how much but thats what i heard last year.

i know everybody gets money depending on how well they do in tournaments. but if you want to play paintball for money, you wont get far in the sport at all...

I'm not sure it would be a fair comarrison. Paintball is still a very new sport with a much smaller and/or more narrow fan base relative to baseball, football, etc. Sponsorship still appears to be mainly internal, but once some major coorporation start jump on the wagon it should take off like crazy.

do paintball-specific stadiums exist. ya know how there are tennis stadiums and the MLS are now making soccer-specific stadiums, well it would make sense to make pb stadiums now that paintball is such a popular sport. most vids i see have portable bleachers for spectators.

Not really. There are some dedicated training sites (indoor and outdoor) but no stadiums.

the tournament was awesome!! i was there for all 3 days and i watched this game at the nppl field with some of the ironmen players becuse they took me through the gate thing where the the guys were standing letting ppl in if they had a wristband

LJ is a Dynasty player. He was the guy in the fangs at 2:00 who popped round and bunkered the guys on the outerside of the fangs, and then another Infamous player as well.
