Tired of people trying to correct others by saying "Sousaphone, not tuba". It takes a tuba player to play a sousaphone, and it's just a tuba meant for carriage in marching (just like the contra, which likewise is also a tuba). And for those of you saying "Souzaphone", flippin' discover Google already. It's spelled "Sousaphone", named after John Phillip SOUSA.

@MTStingray thank you for saying that. my 9th grade school used sousaphones, then i went to a new school across the city, and we have contras. the sousaphones at the other school sound just the same as the contras at my current school. point is: they are all tubas, no matter what they are called. we are tuba players, we should unite, not fight....hey, that rhymed!
