Hey just a heads up on the grounding sheets from barefoot connection. I bought two of those and sometime over the last 14 months they gave out. I just found out by testing them. Too bad I don't know when exactly they stopped working, I suspect it was within several months of purchase. I just *assumed* it was working. They have a tester that you can test the product with. Several others have the same issue. However the computer/universal mat works just fine and I now use it while sleeping.
I just finished listening to the pineal gland activation link in the description, whoa. i feel soooooooooooooooooo funny. the first word i can think of to describe it is completely and utterly AWARE. It's bedtime for me and i can feel that tomorrow is going to be a much greater day that i expected, I can just feel it! You rock, now I'm going to try everything else you suggested too!
Another good meditation similar to the "I am" is the "Hong Sau" pronounced Hong as in Hong Kong and Sau is in see-saw. Inhale hong and exhale sau. Watch the breathe. Do not alter the breathe just watch it. And focus your attention on the space or gap in between your inhale and exhale. It brings light into the body. And you will notice you will actually start breathing less an less the more you do it. That's a good sign. Breathlessness is a state that connects you directly to divine light!
Thanks for this, Leija! As always ---wise, inspiring, and empowering! Sending you so much LOVE *here* and *now*, dear sister.....I am GRATEFUL for you. V
There is something about you thats greatly unique. When looking at you, it seems like as if you can be passed or you are 'seethrough'. Its almost as if you dont stand out, but you mix and mesh in wit your surroundings, almost like you are 'part' of everything around you. How does that feel girl?
After careful review, I know for a fact there truly is no problem with you or any other kind of inconsistency. Sometimes you mess up in other vids, but you catch yourself very quickly if it seems like your going down the wrong path. Your one of the special few humans I've ever seen, and never directly, but only over the net. Congratulations on having attained this form. But I wont be a tree huger because I'm a man whereas your a girl. Either way, gender makes no difference, you are real/healthy
After watching your videos I was positive your just fucking crazy, however, your skin is so radiant and shiny, filled with energy, that I can tell your quite healthy and in a well being. Keep following your heart Leija. I wont lie, I may say your crazy or fucking overdoing, but I may just be jealous ey?? If you were any less attractive maybe no one would believe you, but its because your energy can be felt and is so strong and legitimate that I now know your actually true to urself like u say,
and wow i have been doing this for like a week now... breathing from the belly and sitting outside each night by a fire and i have been feeling more and more connected to the real me... i always get confirmation from your videos

I live in Scarborough and she's absolutely right. People react as if I a from a ghetto when I tell them I am from Scarborough. There is a lot of beautiful nature in Scarborough. <3
Leija! You made so much sense to me!!! AHHH I finallly realize why! I used to live in this beautiful forest. I was in 4th and 5th grade and I miss living there even though I was always bullied at school there but I always felt great. I moved to a city and I am so sad and disconnected im in 8th grade now. And i get it!
mother nature is and always will be a source of reinforcement for your spirit, walk bear feet and touch the trees, feed your your soul with the energy all around, smell the air, breath the joy of peace. make connection with your planet, earth is your mother think of it think of her like the one who gave you birth. a bientot!!! love to you all.
This is sot true, sitting next to a river makes me feel really good and cleansed, i love sitting alone and feeling connected to the water and nature, it removes all stress. But i can't always do that without having to take the bus or driving. Although i live very close to the botanical garden in my city, i can't go there because it feels weird to me, like its pushing me away. I don't feel in harmony with the trees or flowers there. Has anyone experienced this in some places?
Thank you so much for this video! You are so Beautiful Soul! Great Lightworking Help! Can you recommend what kind of yoga is the best? Thank you very much! I do not have enough words to say how great this video is. Please keep on making them!
Hi Leija, just wanted to let you know your an amazing person and watch and follow your teaching. So happy there are beautiful souls like you in the world. God bless you. :)
@WarpSpeedStarship Haha well it's all relative. After traveling to other countries & then coming back to Canada, even in parts that many Canadians say aren't as nice, well, they become so freaking GORGEOUS, ORDERLY, CLEAN, QUIET, SAFE, etc. People who live ANYWHERE in Canada have it really good! Canada is abundant in nature, and while there may be some parts of the city of Toronto where there are more gangs/ crime, compared to other cities in other countries, it's nothin'.
@LeijaTurunen Canada does have Ghetto's and I have to say that edmonton is not too pretty, calgarys ghetto is still nice when driving out of it and seeing a view of the mountains. In my hometown of red deer the ghetto has more trees and parks then any of the richer parts of our small city. I loved living in the ghetto here in rd, its beautiful with trees and birds everywhere. Vancouvers ghetto ( hastings ) is the worst place i have ever seen in my life, yet Van is beautiful too:)
@DuttyBoukman yes, exactly! I always stand on my wet grass barefooted to be grounded. I stand in the "hug a tree" stance while I encircle the beautiful palm tree I planted with my arms. I often do chi gong in the shade of that tree when I've gotten enough sun.
Leija, my absolute favorite videos of yours are those taken when you're out in nature, talking about getting grounded. They are so helpful. You are an absolute blessing :)
@TheSacredBalance Ahhh I see... Well, I think my energy feels different everyday depending on what I'm going through that day. :) I think I was just feeling *really* connected to our Mother Earth because I spent a good 2 hrs running around like a little animal hugging trees & lying on the ground among the muck, sticks, bugs, etc (my light coloured jeans were actually super muddy but I didn't care). I was feeling pretty amazing! Nature & connecting to presence has that effect on me :D
One thing that helps boost my mood is skipping outside. Almost instantaneously I will start giggling and smiling. Also, if you don't feel comfortable hugging a tree you can also sit under a tree and close your eyes while taking a few deep breaths and you will become more centered and focused.
@TheMassageStudent Oh absolutely! Something I was doing the other day was skipping and hugging trees and saying out loud to the trees I LOVE YOU!! It felt sooo good! :) I later learned that there were 3 teenage boys watching me with this "WTF??" look on their face.. god it was hilarious! I could only imagine from their point of view how that must have looked!!! To see some tall blonde girl skipping throughout the forest, hugging every tree in sight and shouting out loud I LOVE YOU!! LOL!
LOL that is too funny! Can you imagine if there were a small group of us running through the forest screaming I LOVE YOU!? Wow, we do have some kind of connection because I tell the trees I love them although I don't scream it, but I do wrap my arms around the tree and say aloud I love you tree! Can you imagine what kind of vibration there is when people hug a tree and say I love you to it? Amazing stuff!!
@TheMassageStudent I would love to do that and was thinking about starting up a tree hugging group!!! lol!! How healing for everyone (and tree) involved!!! :D
Yes, that would be awesome if you started a tree hugging group! Then other people from different parts of Canada (or the states) would start doing it. Then it would turn into a tree hugger flash mob! LOL. But on a serious note, I can only imagine what healing that it would do to the Earth. Beautiful stuff!! <3
Thank you sooo much for explaining proper breathing!! I am a VERY, VERY anxious person sooo much soo that I literally shake and feel faint in overwhelming situations. I have tried breathing to calm my nerves but it never seemed to work. Today in my home I practiced breathing with diaphragm and it was one of the most peaceful moments I have ever had =D WOW!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!! <3

I hugged a tree yesterday, AND I happen to be drinking a green smoothie right now. This tree had to be hundreds of years old because it was huge so I just felt the need to send my respect to it.
