Isn't it possible to get this same effect with dimensional glaze glue? It seems like it might be easier than using powders and embossing...Just curious if there is a noticeable difference between these two ways of doing that effect.

the ribbon: just put a line of glue down and lay the ribbon on it, pleating as you go. then sew through!
