No nasty replies, but I think Uranus is at least stronger than Neptune, or they're at least on the same level. To me, Sailor Moon is the strongest, followed by Sailor Galaxia, then Saturn, then Pluto, then the rest.

Saturn is not ment to fight with the scounts, she self destructed to destroy Pharoh 90, and then was reborn as a child.

When Nehelania appears her star seed reacts to Sailor Moon's danger and fast forwards her to roughly Chibi Moons age. This is so she can prevent the destruction of the white moon people.

In the manga she actually reverts back to a todler again after Nehelania is defeated!
