@MAD9711 The accent is not a strong or unusual accent so we are sorry to hear that you hate it. Perhaps it is the tone the speaker uses that you don't like. The speaker is annoyed with the person he is speaking to and this comes across in the way he is speaking. Try listening to the other videos in the series and see how his tone changes when he speaks in some of the other situations.
