India is the most cruel country, its media is a liar, 100000 murders and 10000 rapes by its security forces in kashmir, thousands of rapes and murders in gujrat and other riots, and still indian media supports such rapists and murders, SHAMEEE.

How did they cause it? so many problems in underdeveloped countries were caused by colonialism. For example, the genocide in Rwanda can be attributed to colonialism. Before the white people came in, the three tribes were coexisting peacefully. The colonizers couldn't believe that this was happening, and kept spreading the message that they must not get along. The message got so ingrained, that the tribes started to hate each other.

Government spending is justified if it allows people to get back on their feet so they can provide for themselves--and more importantly pay it back. otherwise I don't owe them anything but a handshake.

Well that's my personal view.

From a social view it, the amount of money a person gives depends on how much others give. For example, if you help them I benefit and didn't even pay. So there could be an inefficiency there, and in that case government spending is also justified.
