No need to if you have a phone with gorilla glass? If you're doing any activities with your phone that it needs anything more than gorilla glass then maybe touch screens aren't for you

I find using a handsized spraybottle load it up with water and then spray a little on the screen 1 spritze and use your method works great fawless

@SimonFanProductions Wait- MELTS? o_O I think just about every phone has Gorilla Glass but they still scratch. One drop and you're done.
