@svennbreng Thanks about the workout. But to be honest, the workout pretty much sucked. We were very limited in the equipment we had, plus, we had no time to fix any structural imbalances. We had to get the guy in the video conditioned for an mma fight he had coming up rather quickly. This video just gets lots of hits because of the title of the video "Conditioning For MMA".

I give this workout 3 out of 5 and 5 out of 5 for the music. I think its a good workout and you guys are just hating. The only is his chin ups could be a bit more stable hes wobbly and not the best form but overall a good workout.
Cargo Shorts? most workout in those black mesh athletic shorts, but I guess whatever works for you, I'm not here to judge just getting some workout tips lol
